Written critics: Cäsar ist ein typischer, bärenhafter, im Verhältnis zur Knochenstärke jedoch etwas zu substanzvoller Rüde, worunter auch der Fluss der Rückenlinie leidet. Tiefe, breite Brust mit gut ausgebildeter Vorbrust. Die Vorhandstellung ist einwandfrei, die hinteren Sprunggelenke sind ausreichend gewinkelt. Die an sich ausgreifenden und fördernden Bewegungen leiden etwas unter der Substanz. Typisch maskuline Kopfprägung, braune Augen, die unteren Schneidezähne 1,6 sind leicht vorgedrückt, sonst Scherengebiss, unten links fehlt Prämolar 1.Schlichtes Haarkleid mit guter Befederung der Läufe.

It would be highly desirable if no mating would occur worldwide below the threshold of AVK 85% to open the gene pool.
