Written critics: Roland ist eine gute Stufe tiefer als Elan einzureihen. Er gleicht in der Standform dem Schwarzen, ist deshalb für einen Landseer zu tief gestellt, dürfte im Knochenbau kräftiger sein, ist jedoch substanzvoll im Rumpf, breit gestellt mit korrekter Vorhandgliederung, Rute gut angesetzt. Am meisten stört mich an ihm die Steilheit seiner Hinterhand und daraus folgernd der unschöne Nachschub deren Bewegungsfunktionen. Haarstruktur schlicht, dürfte etwas länger sein, Farbe sehr viel weiss, aber zu wenig klar mit schwarzer Platte auf dem Rücken und der Kruppe. Kopfform markant, was den Ausdruck stört, ist die allzu gross entwickelte weisse Blesse mit den beiden unregelmässigen schwarzen Backenplatten, kastanienbraunes Auge, defektes, abgenütztes Gebiss.

This is a very low and alarming number!
It would be highly desirable if no mating would occur worldwide below the threshold of AVK 85% to open the gene pool.
